Shipping Methods

A) Courier

B) Freight Agency - Trucks (1-2 business days)

ONLY FOR BULKY / HEAVY PRODUCTS For shipments handled by freight agencies, COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available, and shipping costs are paid by you upon receipt of the order from the agency or at the address you specify. You also have the option to arrange the shipment with a freight agency of your choice. For orders over €150 and up to 5 kg, shipping is free.

Delivery Dates and Times: We deliver products throughout Greece using courier services or freight agencies for bulky products. Our company works with ACS.

For orders placed by 13:00 from Monday to Friday (if it is a business day), products will be prepared and handed over to the courier service the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 will be handed over to the courier service on the next business day.

Orders received on Friday after 13:00 and during the weekend will be handed over to the courier service for dispatch on Monday (if it is a business day).

If the customer wishes for the delivery of their order beyond the standard delivery times of the online store, the maximum time frame is 7 days from the day the order was completed. If this time frame is exceeded, the order will be delivered at the retail prices applicable on the day of shipment.

  • Within Region: 1-2 days
  • Mainland Destinations: 1-2 days
  • Island Destinations: 1-3 days
  • Hard-to-Reach Areas: 1-5 days

*Delivery time is indicative and refers to business days from the date of departure from our premises. It may vary depending on conditions.

Within City - Refers to the collection, transportation, and delivery of shipments within the same city.

Within Region - Refers to the collection, transportation, and delivery of shipments within the same region. Regions are defined in ACS’s official price list and detailed on their website. Regions are described in detail in the clarifications of the price list (see Clarification No. 3.2.).

Mainland Destinations - Refers to the collection, transportation, and delivery of shipments to mainland destinations within the ACS network.

Island Destinations - Refers to the collection, transportation, and delivery of shipments to island destinations within the ACS network.

Hard-to-Reach Areas - Areas outside the main cities of the ACS network are considered hard-to-reach destinations and are listed on the ACS website.

For heavy or bulky items you wish to ship, the delivery is made by a freight agency. In this case, payment methods are exclusively by credit card, PayPal, or bank deposit. Shipping costs are significantly lower with a freight agency and are borne by the customer upon delivery. Shipping is free for orders exceeding €150. Delivery of products with a freight agency is made to the curb at the address specified when placing the order. Specifically, orders including heavy or bulky items and delivered by freight agencies will not be processed for the dates 24-12 & 31-12 and also during the month of August due to holidays.

All of the above may not apply in cases of extreme weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events.

Order Delays

Possible delays in your order may be due to the following reasons:

  • Peak Periods: Delivery times depend on the order placement time, workload, and complexity.

  • Supplier Delay: To offer variety and competitive prices, we order products from a large list of suppliers, both domestic and foreign. Sometimes an order may be delayed in customs or during transport. In such cases, we will contact you to see if you want us to deliver the order without the specific product or to replace it with another product we suggest. This item will be sent to you immediately after its arrival in our warehouses.

  • Discontinued Product: Sometimes a supplier may discontinue a product without prior notice. In this case, our company will contact you to provide alternative solutions.

  • Extreme Weather Conditions, Strikes, or Force Majeure: Events that affect the smooth transport and delivery of products.

  • Unable to Contact You: In any case where communication with you (by phone or email) is not possible to address potential issues with your order or payment, such as when the details you provided are not correct or updated.
